Dispatch & Shipping

All items are dispatched within 3-4 days. I both make and dispatch all products to may take a little longer than a bigger business.

All products are currently shipped with the UK only. Postage is included within the listed price of the item using Royal Mail second class post, if you need to upgrade the postage please drop me me a message and I will accommodate this request where possible.

Refunds & Returns

Please contact me on redshirtstudios@outlook.com before seeking a return or refund to see if an alternative resolution can be found .

Items should be returned in perfect unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

All returns must include a note including your name, order number and reason for return. Items do not need to be returned in original packaging but do need to be received in new unused condition

All returns are to be paid for by the customer and tracking is advised to avoid any losses.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
